Drop-In Hip Hop Workout
This class includes a 5-6 song warm-up which will be repeated each week, with each song focusing on stretching/toning a particular body region. Floor and barre exercises will teach new moves and build strength and flexibility. A new, short routine will be taught each week to a popular song! Keep your workout fun and fresh and check it out!
Price: $7 per one hour class.
