This non-aerobic class is designed to provide focused, intensive muscle training for the lower and upper body. Standing and seated exercises, as well as abdominal work and stretching are all included to help you achieve visible improvement in muscular tone and strength, and to help you increase your metabolism!! This class is the perfect compliment to your cardio classes.

Slowly warm-up with 30 minutes of moderate exercise designed to improve your range of motion and muscle tone. Use it or lose it! Fitness benefits can not be stockpiled. In fact, when you quit moving, deconditioning begins almost immediately. This class offers seniors a chance to increase range of motion, flexibility, strength, coordination, and balance while seated in a chair. Muscle Aerobics

Put some muscle into your aerobics! Use wall-mounted resistance equipment during a 30-minute aerobic sequence followed by muscle specific toning and relaxing stretches. Limit 8 per class. Instructor: MaryAnn Schmidt

NEED A DAY TO IMPROVE A SKILL? WORK ON THE SKILLS AND EVENTS YOU LIKE. Drop-In Gymnastics is for those who want to sharpen their skills. Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, and Tumble Trak are available. Parent participation not necessary. Child must 7 years old or older. A gymnastics instructor will be present. Cost is $4.00 per student per 2-hour session. Drop-in Gymnastics is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:30-8:30PM. Summer Wednesday 6:30-8:30 p.m.
